You can certainly go right to step 3! But before work begins we recommend a “tone of voice” facilitated session. This session is approximately 1.5 hours and conducted by conference call or in person at your office if you are in the Greater Toronto Area. Anyone from your company can attend. After the session, we produce a “tone of voice” document you can use as a reference for all future communications and marketing.
We will work with you to hone-in on and define/refine your audience from a content perspective, what kind of content they/you prefer, plus phrases and tone preferences with examples. Sample session agendas are available upon request.

Choose from the following options:
- A month-to-month trial of Copy-as-a-Service or a separate Tone of Voice session.
- A custom content project with deposit, such as proposal editing, videos or research.
- Or HeadStart’s Copy-as-a-Service plan with a dedicated writer on a monthly basis (minimum 6 month engagement. This length of engagement includes the Tone of Voice session, if requested, at no charge).
